  • ·When a recurring series is winding down, its card names the date it ends and prompts you to renew, like "Quarterly, ends Jan 15. Renew?", so a set never runs out on you by surprise.
  • ·Ending a series from a date forward now keeps the ones you already finished. Your record of what was filed stays put.
  • ·Export your deadlines to a spreadsheet and the completion dates come back exactly as they were when you re-import, so a year of history keeps its real order.

  • ·Marked something complete by accident? A brief Undo appears right after, so a stray checkmark is easy to take back.

  Cleaner reminders, and tidier streams

  • ·Delete a stream you no longer need, right from settings. Old ones you'd rather keep now tuck behind a collapsed Archived list, so a long history of past clients stays out of the way.
  • ·Reminders are steadier. Move a deadline further out and its reminder comes back on its own, and each card shows the reminder that's actually coming next, not one whose day has already passed.
  • ·The deadline card got a round of polish. The quick-action panels close when you click away, the controls line up at one size, and the snooze options show the exact day they land on.

  A faster, more responsive dashboard · email reminders that don't over-promise

  • ·The dashboard controls now respond the instant you click. Setting a priority, renaming a deadline, changing its date, snoozing, and picking a stream all take effect immediately, instead of pausing while they save.
  • ·Moving between pages is snappier, with no brief blank while the next page loads. That covers the dashboard, Forecast, On Hold, Completed, and settings.
  • ·Add a deadline sooner than your reminder's lead time and the form now shows the reminders that can still reach you, and says so plainly, instead of quietly setting one that can't fire.
  • ·A recurring deadline now shows how long the series runs on its card, like "Monthly, through Jul 6, 2026", so you see when a repeating set is about to run out.
  • ·Saving a setting (your timezone, your reminder send time) keeps your choice on screen right away, instead of briefly flicking back to the previous value.

  A due time, not just a due date

  • ·Add an optional time of day to any deadline, set right next to the date on the full form. The card shows it beside the due date, like "2:05 PM (PDT)", and a tap lets you change or clear it.
  • ·The time keeps the timezone you set it in. Change your account timezone later and a deadline you entered in Pacific still reads Pacific, so a fixed cutoff never drifts.

  Recurring deadlines

  • ·Set a deadline to repeat weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly, and pick how many. Every occurrence is created up front as a real, dated entry you can edit or remove on its own.
  • ·Monthly and yearly repeats lock to a fixed day, so the 31st lands on the true last day of every month with no slide to the 28th.
  • ·Nothing runs behind your back. The set is exactly what you see, and changing or deleting one date never disturbs the others.

  Clickable links in your notes

  • ·Paste a web address into a deadline's notes or description and it turns into a link you can tap. The read view shows the live link, and a tap drops back into editing.

  On Hold and Completed surfaces · a longer Forecast

  • ·Every deadline now has one clear home. Active ones stay on the dashboard, finished ones move to Completed, and anything you set aside waits on On Hold until you bring it back.
  • ·The On Hold count rides in the navigation, so set-aside work stays visible instead of disappearing.
  • ·Filter the dashboard by more than one stream at once, then add a deadline in a single line with the quick-add bar.
  • ·The Forecast reaches further out. See the next 90 days, six months, or a full year as a workload curve over a Heatmap calendar.

  Email reminders, on by default

  • ·Every new deadline gets an email reminder three days ahead, on by default. Set as many lead times as you like per deadline, and choose the hour they send.
  • ·Reminder settings now live on the deadline itself, set when you create it and changed from the card any time after.
  • ·A daily self-check looks independently for any reminder that should have gone out and didn't, so a missed send gets caught instead of going unnoticed.

  • ·A sortable table sits beneath the Forecast, listing every deadline in view by due date or by stream. Hover a row and its day on the calendar pulses, so the list and the shape stay connected.
