Five deadlines is a list.Fifteen is a shape.

Deadlinewatch has two main views. Dashboard shows your upcoming deadlines in the order they come due. Forecast shows which weeks are busy and which are quiet, up to a year ahead.

Working with deadlines that keep coming is working with a shape. It has uneven weight and easily gets off balance. Deadlinewatch shows you that shape and keeps it out of your head.

Sound familiar?

Answering questions like these quietly consumes most of your day.

Keeping track of every date in your head is exhausting.

  • What's my workload over the next two weeks? Can I take more on?

  • A submission just got pushed up a week. How bad does that make things?

  • This isn't due for a month. How do I stop it from cluttering the view without forgetting it over time?

  • These have to come first. Where do I keep them so I don't lose track?

  • Did anything sneak past me while I was busy?

The list and the shape.

Your two daily views. The Dashboard for the order, the Forecast for the outlook ahead. Toggle between them depending on what you need. Make a change in one and it is reflected in the other.

All your active deadlines as a running list, soonest first, organized into groups: Priority, Overdue, and Upcoming. Pressure gauge at the top shows the workload over 90 days. Every control is on the deadline card, so you don't have to click around.

Forecast

The weeks ahead, in two projections.

The same weeks shown as a Curve and a Heatmap, looking out to 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year. The spikes and the quiet stretches at a glance, so you see what's coming well in advance.

The specialist among your tools.

Deadlinewatch is a specialist, built to do one job completely. It keeps track of your shifting deadlines and shows how busy each week ahead will be. Every view, every tool, and every engineering choice serves that one purpose.

You already have tools and workflows. Deadlinewatch does not replace them or teach you new ways to work. It works alongside them and keeps your deadlines out of your head.

You decide what comes first and when a date moves. Deadlinewatch never ranks your work, reorders your list behind your back, or invents a date you didn’t set. It keeps each deadline in view and sends a reminder before it is due.

Your memory wasn't built to hold a dozen shifting deadlines. Deadlinewatch keeps track of them, so you can focus on the work.

Calendars mark the day. A deadline is not a day event. The work commences weeks before and continues until the submission. It collides with whatever else is in progress. Deadlinewatch shows you when several deadlines fall close together.

Task managers track single actions, one at a time. A deadline comprises a set of smaller tasks, and it is defined by a date. Deadlinewatch keeps that date and the tasks under it.

Project managers are broad and complex. If keeping up with your commitments is the job, you don't need the overhead or the learning curve. Deadlinewatch was built lean and fast around one job.

Spreadsheets are hard to set up and harder to keep current, so they go stale and get forgotten. Who knows where they're even saved? Deadlinewatch was purpose-built for the job. Every view, every control, every tool.

Built by someone who lived the problem.

20 years of deadline-heavy work ran me through every system in this gallery. Each fell short. Solving hard problems is what I do for a living, so I set out to solve this one too. Deep research, a careful build, and I had Deadlinewatch.

Engineered for speed and reliability.

I obsessed over four things. How fast it runs, how little it makes you do, how reliable it is and what happens to your data.

BUILT FOR SPEEDapp/(app)/dashboard/page.tsx// Server Component: zero client JSexport default async function Dashboard() {const deadlines = await listDeadlines(today)return <DeadlineList items={deadlines} />}100Performancedesktop

Fast. It opens straight to your deadlines, and every change shows the moment you make it. No heavy scripts, animations or gimmicks slow it down.

Focused. A single-purpose interface. Every control is on the deadline card, one click away.

Reliable. Reminders are sent from the server, so they go out even when the app is closed. Critical jobs have independent daily checks and the codebase ships tested.

Backed up. Nightly off-site backups, kept vendor-independent. Export every deadline to a CSV file at any time and keep a backup on your computer.

Try it free for 14 days.

Test the tool with your own data, free, with no card. There is no better way to experience it first hand. For a sneak peek, check out the demo.
